Operator and launch status

The S/Runtime product project operates this private product-preview website and is the contact point for public-site privacy questions at hello@sproutsai.dev. A contracting legal entity and registered address are not represented by this preview and must be disclosed before a public commercial launch or production engagement.

Until that information is published, do not use this website or email channel to send sensitive personal data, regulated data, credentials, confidential documents, or production records. The architecture-session form does not transmit data to an S/Runtime web server; it prepares content locally for an email or copy action chosen by the visitor.

Scope

This public website describes S/Runtime's intended platform architecture, solution patterns, and design-partner program. It is not the production service and does not collect enterprise source data through the product simulation.

If an organization evaluates or pilots S/Runtime, the applicable contract, data-processing addendum, security schedule, and pilot scope control that engagement and supersede this public-site notice where they apply.

Information we receive

The website may receive a limited set of information needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries.

  • Information you choose to send by email, such as your name, work contact details, company, use case, and message.
  • Technical request and security logs provided by the hosting service, such as timestamps, requested pages, browser or device information, and network identifiers.
  • No payment, health, HR, government-identifier, or enterprise system data is requested through this website.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, plan a requested architecture conversation, and maintain the relationship you initiated. Technical logs may be used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the public site.

The application code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting or access-control services may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing, retention, and transfers

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, security, and business communications. We do not sell personal information from this website.

Email and hosting providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable transfer safeguards, provider identities, and contractual roles must be documented before a production engagement. Inquiry records are reviewed at least annually and deleted when no longer reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, or meet legal obligations. Technical logs follow configured hosting and security periods.

Product-pilot subprocessors, locations, model routes, retention, deletion, training-use restrictions, and data-subject processes must be documented in the engagement terms before the pilot begins.

Your choices and contact

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you sent through this website, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You may also ask how an evaluation would handle your organization's data before sharing it.

Contact hello@sproutsai.dev with the subject Privacy request. Do not send sensitive enterprise data in the initial message.
