Architecture session

Bring one workflow. Map the full operating system around it.

We will examine context, systems, identities, decisions, actions, failure paths, security controls, and measurable outcomes before recommending a pilot.

  1. Workflow and source map
  2. Identity and policy boundary
  3. Agent and approval design
  4. Evaluation and ROI charter

A useful first hour

Technical enough for architecture. Concrete enough for operations.

The first session is designed to determine whether there is a narrow, valuable, governable workflow worth taking into deeper diligence.

Bring

A workflow owner, current process, systems involved, major exceptions, risk constraints, and a definition of accepted outcome.

Leave out

Production credentials, personal data, regulated records, customer content, confidential contracts, or source documents during initial discovery.

Receive

A preliminary workflow map, control boundary, integration questions, evaluation approach, and a clear recommendation to proceed or stop.

Start the conversation

Give us the shape of the problem.

A useful first conversation is specific. We do not need production data, credentials, or confidential documents to understand the architecture.

Review the trust boundaryRead the public-site privacy notice

Do not include sensitive, regulated, customer, employee, or production data. This form prepares an email in your device’s mail client; the website does not submit the contents to an S/Runtime server.

What happens next

No production access before the boundaries are explicit.

  1. Fit review

Confirm the workflow is valuable, repeatable, measurable, and suitable for agent assistance or execution.

  2. Diligence

Validate identity, systems, data, deployment, security, privacy, model, and operational requirements.

  3. Pilot charter

Name scope, owners, evaluation sets, controls, stop conditions, costs, and accepted outcomes.

  4. Controlled launch

Begin with test or shadow paths, review evidence, and expand action scope only after readiness approval.
